ABOUT THE COMPANY
Being Patient is a daily news site publishing trustworthy original journalism about cognitive health, neurology, and brain health with a focus on Alzheimer’s and other forms of neurodegeneration.
To date, dementia research has been conducted mostly on white people. But race affects both risk & disease pathology. These pitches are for a “Diversity & Dementia” series—stories that elevate the importance of diversifying research/trials.
