Barron’s Group is seeking a bureau chief for Washington, D.C.

The successful candidate will lead a team of reporters covering crucial stories that will be published in print and online. The reporters will write frequently, covering the ground and also delivering original, richly-reported journalism and artful storytelling. We are looking for a high-energy bureau chief to lead a team of ambitious reporters covering the momentous and historic times in the nation’s capital, with a focus on politics, policy, finance and economics.The role will be a player-coach who writes and reports his or her own stories as well as assigning and editing stories. He or she will collaborate, where appropriate, with reporters, editors, designers and others across Barron’s Group.
