The Baltimore Business Journal is looking for a newsroom leader to oversee and ensure the smooth and orderly flow of content from conception to publishing on all platforms. He or she will lead a team of reporters and a staff photographer in striving for our mission of nonstop breaking news.
As the newsroom’s most hands-on manager and coach of reporters, the managing editor is charged with bringing ideas, inspiration, and constant guidance to the content team.
Organization must be a strength. Strong editing, reporting and writing skills are a must.
At least five years experience as an editor and/or reporter.
