This position calls for a multimedia-talented reporter who is comfortable covering auto retailing trends. A key part of this beat will be covering the multibillion-dollar world of used cars and remarketing.
Applicants should demonstrate a proven track record covering business news for a quality news organization. Automotive experience is a major plus, but not mandatory. Expected to produce a robust flow of online and print stories.
Cover various business-to-business automotive retail beats, including but not limited to auctions, remarketing, franchise dealers’ used car departments, executive leadership and sales trends.
Participate in multimedia projects as needed.
