The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette has an opening for a multimedia editor. We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team of editors and reporters to produce exclusive content for our website, replica edition and social media.
Candidates should be as comfortable in front of the camera as they are behind it and able to coach newsroom staff to engage directly with our audience through videos, podcasts and more.
Duties include:
The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette’s benefits include 5 vacation days after the first 90 days of employment; 2 weeks of vacation after the first anniversary; sick leave; 8 holidays a year; health, dental, vision and other insurance; long-term disability and retirement plans. This is a safety sensitive position and a drug test is required. A journalism degree or relevant experience is required. Online experience is essential.
