New Statesman Media Group’s new journalistic scheme offers a number of fast-track entry-level positions to work on newly launched business websites covering areas like banking, energy and cities.
These positions offer experience at the cutting edge of data-led journalism backed by an industry-leading training program.
The scheme is a six-month boot camp over which trainees are given a thorough grounding in news and feature writing as well as SEO, data journalism, business reporting and AI-assisted journalism.
To apply, you would need to provide evidence of commitment to a career in journalism. This could include: work experience, self-published work and/or completion of formal journalism training.
These roles will be based in the central London offices but may need to begin working remotely dependent on the latest pandemic situation.
The deadline to apply is September 20.
