AL.com is looking for an experienced, creative and experimental senior video producer to join our newly formed (and growing!) audience team. The person in this role will work closely with AL.com’s director of audience to reach more Alabamians through engaging, short-form video. They will also be the main point of contact for breaking news video.
The senior video producer must understand what drives views on different platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube. They will collaborate with a team of video producers to create regular programming for more than 3.4 million followers across AL.com’s social channels. This is a unique opportunity to help set a new strategy for AL.com video and we expect the person in this role to be a leader and champion for creative approaches to visual storytelling.
