Adweek is looking for writers to cover the intersection of climate and ad/marketing news. The writers will also have a hand in their sustainability print issue, coming this spring.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Adweek is looking for people who enjoy writing about how brands talk about sustainability, the role of ad/marketing/PR in the energy transition and climate change messaging.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN SUBMISSION

  • The cover letter should explain why you are the best candidate to cover/write about sustainability, energy transition or climate change
  • Include a summary of your relevant experience, credentials and publication credits
  • Attach your strongest clips or links to published work
  • Your resume should detail your writing experience.

COMPENSATION

  • 50 cents per word. It is recommended that you discuss/negotiate the rate individually with the editor.
