Advertising Age seeks tech reporter

While Ad Age has long covered digital marketing, we’re looking to bolster our team with a go-getter who wants to be our eyes, ears and face on the tech beat in New York or Silicon Valley. This is a high-profile beat that produces some of our best-read coverage.

The successful candidate will represent Ad Age, a credential that grants access to the highest levels of these companies that live and breathe for advertising revenue and are trying to make themselves into useful tools for marketers. We’re looking for someone who wants to go to the Meet-Ups, hang around entrepreneurs, and beat the blogs to meaningful stories. The role involves breaking news and explaining what matters to readers through deeper dives.

Candidates must have an interest in understanding the way marketers work and the underlying business of advertising and marketing that is the lifeblood of so many digital products and services.

To apply, go here.
