Assemble is looking for a copywriter with fundraising, political campaigns, and non-profit email copywriting experience.

Assemble is a creative digital strategy agency that works with political organizations, issue campaigns, causes, and brands. We are looking for a freelance writer to draft emails for our clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You are an experienced copywriter who has written hundreds of fundraising emails for political campaigns and non-profits. You can pick up new messaging quickly, meet deadlines consistently and turn in clean copy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Draft email copy for designated clients. We are looking for someone who can provide about 10 hours/work per week.
  • Qualifications
  • Multiple cycles of email fundraising experience for Democratic political campaigns.
  • High attention to detail — your work is consistently free of typos and grammar errors.
  • Strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Ability to pick up on new messaging quickly and to adapt your writing to different voices.
  • Comfort with having your work edited.
