The Los Angeles Times is looking to hire a graphics and data journalist to cover the newsroom’s top storylines.
The journalist will partner with reporters and editors across the newsroom to tell visual stories that inform and engage with readers.
Applicants must have experience conceiving and developing visual stories for the general public, be well-versed in the fundamentals of data visualization; HTML and JavaScript, be creative and comfortable adapting to the shifting journalistic priorities and posses at least two years’ experience with a data and graphics team.
