Dillon Davis, the growth and economic issues reporter at the Asheville Citizen-Times, is leaving the paper.
His last day is Friday. Davis is moving to San Diego, where his wife has a new job.
Davis has been at the paper since August 2017. He has reported about business, economic development, health care and government on topics ranging from community development; following and analyzing local, regional and national trends; writing about government uses of taxpayer money on development issues; and acting as a watchdog reporter of local business entities.
He previously worked at the Battle Creek Enquirer in Michigan as an income and opportunity reporter.
