American City Business Journals, which operates more than 40 business newspapers and websites across the country, is expanding its “Crane Watch” real estate data feature across its papers.
“Crane Watch,” which is now at the Nashville Business Journal, Washington Business Journal, South Florida Business Journal and Triangle Business Journal, rolled out this week at the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
It’s an interactive map that shows current construction projects in the market.
Douglas Sams of the Business Chronicle writes, “Yet, amid all these changes one thing remains the same— Atlanta is still the South’s most exciting commercial real estate market. That’s why Atlanta Business Chronicle is launching Crane Watch, an interactive map of all the new projects on your skyline and in your neighborhoods.
“Crane Watch will appear on the Chronicle’s web site beginning today. Each project on the map contains a link with information such as the developer, the architect and completion date.
“Crane Watch includes dozens of developments, from those in the earliest planning stages to some less than a year away from opening. Even so, there are always new projects to add. Tell us what we’re missing.”
