Steve Crabill, the business editor of the Newark Star-Ledger, writes Tuesday about how the paper will cover business news going forward.
Crabill writes, “Times have changed and so has The Star-Ledger’s business coverage. Today we introduce a new weekday section — called Your Business — that’s been redesigned to help readers navigate these difficult economic times.
“You’ll find more stories aimed at helping you save, invest and spend your money wisely. There will be new columns going to bat for consumers and offering tips on frugal living. We’ll even try to connect local job seekers with potential employers through a daily feature called Hire Me.
“Along with these changes, you’ll still find a lot that is familiar. We’ll have the same daily stock charts, as well as continued coverage of New Jersey business news and briefs. The Business Sunday section will also remain the same, including weekly results for hundreds of stocks and mutual funds.”
