The beat involves politics, finance, legislation and law, is a highly competitive story and affects readers ranging from investors in municipal bonds to union workers, politicians and the general public. Based in Chicago, the reporter will report to the Chicago bureau chief and work closely with the U.S. public finance editor based in New York.
Qualifications
