TheStreet announced that it is launching four new shows to its video content.
“At TheStreet TV, are the the only ones focused on purposeful viewing for investing and money. We focus solely on the needs of the investor community,” said Elisabeth DeMarse, chairman and CEO of TheStreet, in a statement.
The shows include:
- “Disrupters,” a weekly show about the latest gadgets in the tech world. The show will be hosted by Gregg Greenberg, who will speak with tech company CEOs about how their products are trying to disrupt the way everyday products are used.
- “Perspectives from Wall Street” will focus on a different sector each week with co-founder Jim Cramer and two investment pros. Rhonda Schaffler, TheStreet’s editor at large, will anchor.
- “Financial Fix” will be a monthly series that will crowdsource names and stories from people on Facebook and Twitter who could use form professional financial advice. The show will give the person an action plan to improve their financial situation. Lauren Lyons Cole will be the reporter on the show.
- “The Gamechangers” will be a weekly series profiling up-and-coming entpreneurs and will be hosted by Scott Gamm.
TheStreet’s video operation produces more than 600 pieces of content per month.
