The Wall Street Journal has canceled the twice-daily live News Hub show that aired on its website.
The show, which launched in 2009, brought together reporters, columnists and editors from the Journal, Newswires, MarketWatch and Barron’s to talk about the top news stories of the day. Viewers could watch the show live, or watch it on demand shortly after the live show ends.
Reporters outside of New York joined in the conversation via web cameras.
In the beginning, economics reporter Kelly Evans — who has since left for CNBC — hosted the morning report, while Newswires’ Simon Constable and video’s Kelsey Hubbard hosted the afternoon report.
In a Faecbook message, Constable wrote, “Thanks to all the supporters over the years.”
