The Las Vegas Review-Journal has hired Emerson Drewes as a general assignment business reporter.
Drewes has been interning on the Seattle Times business news desk.
She had also interned for the Los Angeles Times and the Review-Journal.
Drewes is a graduate of the University of Nevada, where she was executive editor of the Sagebrush.
