The Chicago Sun-Times has hired Justin Myers as an interactives editor.
Myers joined from The Associated Press, where he worked for more than eight years, holding the posts of data journalist, news automation editor and news editor for data journalism. He served as a news interactives producer for the Chronicle of Higher Education and as a news developer for PBS NewsHour.
He held the posts of health/science/environment reporter, copy editor, information graphic designer, 1 A designer and assistant news editor at the Columbia Missourian.
Myers has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
