Mirror US has appointed Alex Wellman editor. Recently, he served as deputy group head of showbiz, nationals at Reach plc.
Before joining Reach in February 2019, Wellman was a deputy news editor at News UK. He also reported for Trinity Mirror and served as a senior reporter and chief reporter at Archant.
Wellman graduated from Middlesex University and is a NCTJ-certified journalist.
