Peter Frank has been named editor of the Green Bay Press-Gazette, where he has worked for more than 23 years. He will lead a regional team focused on government, public safety and courts.
Recently, Frank oversaw coverage of breaking and trending news in Green Bay and other sites in the USA Today Network-Wisconsin.
Since joining the paper in 1999, he has held editing posts on various teams, including news, metro, community, opinion, business, engagement.
Elsewhere in Wisconsin, he has reported for Monroe Evening Times; reported and edited for the Wisconsin Rapids Daily Tribune; and edited for the Wausau Daily Herald.
He freelanced in Poland for the Warsaw Business Journal.
Frank graduated from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas.
