Natalie Koh has joined Pensions & Investments as a senior reporter based in Singapore.
In her new role, Koh will take over covering Asia from Douglas Appell, who will soon be returning to the U.S. to continue working as a P&I senior reporter in Boston.
Prior to joining P&I, Koh was managing editor of AsianInvestor, where she managed a team of reporters, freelance writers and copy editors to cover the largest institutional asset allocators in Asia-Pacific region.
Before that, she was news editor for the publication, a unit of Haymarket Media Group. Past employers also included the South China Morning Post, where in 2018 she won the Post’s inaugural hackathon with a pitch to elevate women’s voices in the newspaper’s daily coverage.
