Rachel Sherrington, lead researcher and reporter at DeSmog, has left to go freelance. Sherrington’s tweet reads:
“It’s been an amazing privilege to work with the talented journalists in @DeSmog’s U.K. and the US teams. I have learnt so much from you all! It’s now time for a short break and when I come back I will be looking to continue my work researching, investigating and reporting on climate change.”
Previously, she worked as a researcher and assistant at climate charity Hope for the Future and as a researcher in U.K. Parliament.
Sherrington has a B.A. from the University of Sheffield and a master’s degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
