Sriharsha Devulapalli has joined the San Francisco Chronicle as a graphics reporter.
Recently, Devulapalli earned a master’s degree in data journalism from Columbia University.
Previously, he was a product manager at Blue Sky Analytics and was a software developer at Mint in India, where he oversaw data visualizations for the paper’s daily data journalism page – Plain Facts.
Devulapalli said:
“I’m excited to work with the team to produce some stellar graphics and maps that can help us deepen our understanding of the region. I’m particularly interested in covering problems of access, equity, and justice.”
