Bloomberg News has hired Mackenzie Hawkins to cover the bond market on the municipal finance team.
She is a recent graduate of Yale University with a bachelor’s degree in ethics, politics and economics.
Hawkins was was editor in chief and president of the Yale Daily News. She also interned for Bloomberg in Washington covering Congress in 2021.
Hawkins has also interned for Politico and the Sacramento Bee.
