The Cincinnati Business Courier is looking for a reporter to cover the city’s dynamic commercial real estate scene.
The beat requires building – and working – strong source networks to dig out deals before the competition and reporting on the broad impact of new projects, new employers and new players. We’re looking for a reporter who is driven to dig up news and intrigued by the challenge of both reporting daily updates and piecing together the larger picture for cover stories and projects.
The ideal candidate will blend traditional journalism skills — source building, sharp news judgment, interviewing prowess and scoop-driven reporting – with an understanding of best digital practices. We have a small, friendly staff and the pay is competitive.
