Longtime business journalist Lynne Marek has been hired as senior editor for Payments Dive, an Industry Dive newsletter.
She was a senior reporter at Crain’s Chicago Business before leaving late last year. Marek had been with Crain’s Chicago since March 2010.
Before Crain’s Chicago, Marek was the Chicago bureau chief for the National Law Journal. She also worked at Bloomberg News for 11 years, covering airlines, railroads and the Federal Reserve.
She also spent three years at the Chicago Tribune.
