Nguyen previously worked as a contributing writer for Teen Vogue.
Nguyen also worked as a reporter for The Chronicle of Higher Education from January 2019 to May 2019. She also worked as a culture contributor for Broadly from October 2018 to May 2019, as well.
Nguyen graduated from the University of South California.
