Silvana Ordonez, a producer and reporter at CNBC, has left the news organization after five years.
On LinkedIn, Ordonez wrote, “I am so lucky to have worked and learned from some of the smartest people in the industry, and for the friends and key mentors I made there.”
Since May 2014, Ordonez has been a business news producer and correspondent, managing CNBC’s relationship with Spanish-language network Telemundo. She wrote, produced and anchored CNBC-branded personal finance segments in Spanish for Telemundo.
She also produced breaking news stories, market segments, conferences and did field production.
Ordonez has a bachelor’s degree from Florida International University and a master’s degree from Columbia University.
