Jeff Bliss, a senior reporter for MLex for the past four years, has been hired to be a senior correspondent for The Capital Forum.
At Capital Forum, Bliss will report on U.S. government antitrust reviews of proposed mergers and acquisitions.
Capitol Forum focuses on news and analysis on how policy affects market competition, and its readers are policymakers, investors and industry stakeholders.
When he was at MLex from 2013 to March 2017, Bliss reported on how laws and regulations — particularly those focused on antitrust — affect business. He just completed his first book, which is titled, “Disconnected: How AT&T’s Bid For T-Mobile USA Failed and Exposed The Limits of Corporate Power.”
Bliss also worked at Bloomberg News for 14 years. He is a graduate of Penn State University.
