Engineering firm Graef hired veteran journalist and Milwaukee Journal Sentinel business editor and columnist Steve Jagler as its new director of corporate communications.
Sean Ryan of the Milwaukee Business Journal reports, “Jagler is leaving the Journal Sentinel for the new job, according to a Friday announcement by Graef. He previously held editing jobs at the Milwaukee BizTimes and Milwaukee Business Journal.
“Jagler joins Graef on the heels of the company announcing a planned headquarters move to The Shops of Grand Avenue in downtown Milwaukee. Graef currently has about 170 employees in the Honey Creek Corporate Park near the Zoo Interchange in Milwaukee. The firm has other offices in the Chicago area, Green Bay, Madison, Minneapolis and Florida.
“‘His knowledge and skill as a writer and editor, together with his relationships in Milwaukee and nationally, will allow us to tell people what we do and who we are in all the communities we serve,’ said Graef principal Pat Kressin.”
