Investing.com has launched a personal finance site called Allrates.com that will include editorial content.

The editor in chief is Rebecca Greig, the former weekend editor at Newsweek magazine.

Greig was also the international editor at International Business Times, where she managed a team of correspondents all over the globe and reported on the Middle East and Europe. Under her editorial guidance members of her team won a SABEW Best in Business Award.

Allrates.com will use a team of contract writers.

The content will break down complex money topics in a way that is easy to digest and understand, offering insights and strategies for readers to make the most of their money.

Topics that will be covered include loans, banking, mortgages, credit cards and insurance.

Following Investing.com’s own model of being a global platform with multiple, specially catered language editions, Allrates will also launch corresponding sites in Spain, Italy, Germany, France and the UK within the coming months.

“Allrates is a tremendous leap forward for Investing.com and satisfies a longtime, growing market need,” said Allrates CEO Boaz Fuchs in a statement. “Providing our audience with the ability to make smart decisions on their personal finance will allow them to become more financially independent. Knowledge is power, and in the 21st century, sound decisions in nearly all areas of life are informed by access to real-time educative data and tools for making smart comparisons.”

Founded in 2007, Investing.com features over 150,000 financial instruments, traded on over 100 global exchanges in 30 language editions. With 18 million monthly unique visitors and 100 million monthly page views, Investing.com is one of the top three financial websites worldwide, according to both Alexa and SimilarWeb.
