Idaho Business Review editor returning to Vermont
Anne Wallace Allen, the editor of the Idaho Business Review, is leaving the publication after eight years and moving back to Vermont.
Allen’s last day is Sept. 5. She is joining VTDigger, a nonprofit news organization in Montpelier, Vermont. She has been hired as a business reporter.
Allen spent a decade at the AP bureau in Montpelier before moving to Idaho in 2005. She also worked for two years for the Idaho Statesman.
“We’ve had full editorial independence in the newsroom, and I have enjoyed my eight years here,” said Allen about the Business Review.
Allen has a BA in literature from Bard College in New York and an MA in public policy from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. She was born in Australia and raised in the Boston area.
