Harvard Business Review pushes Web presence

May 9, 2009

Christine Laubenstein of the Quincy Patriot-Ledger writes Saturday about how new Harvard Business Review editor Adi Ignatius is expanding the publication’s Web site.

Laubenstein writes, “The Web site has increased its blogging presence, for example, with 40 different blogs.

“One focuses on information technology, another on business strategies and yet another on India’s economy.

“The Web site also features videos and other multimedia, and by year’s end it should have a revamped design.

“The print side of the magazine is doing relatively well despite the recession, Ignatius said. Advertising sales are down, but circulation is steady at about 246,000 subscribers in the United States. The magazine’s international versions have about 71,000 subscribers.”
