Henry Foy has been named the Moscow bureau chief for the Financial Times.
He replaces Kathrin Hille, who is now the paper’s Greater China correspondent.

He joined the FT in 2013 from Reuters, where he was a correspondent in India in New Delhi and Mumbai. He worked at Reuters for three years.
