The Lakeland Ledger newspaper in Florida will introduce on Thursday a weekly four-page Time & Money section with new content designed by GateHouse Media, its owner.
A story on the Ledger website states, “The weekly section will include:
“• Time & Money, which will feature items such as how to keep your pet clean and meal-planning tips.
“• Personal finance, a page that will rotate among The Ledger’s finance page and a new page that will include tips on how to earn more interest on your money and how to eliminate ‘surprise’ bills.
“• Tech/Media, which will include things like hot new podcasts and photo scanner apps.
“• Shopping & Saving, which will highlight items like foods you should not refrigerate and the best crossover vehicles for less than $12,000.
“‘We are thrilled to offer this new content to our readers – useful content in a unique and expedient manner,’ said Ledger Media Group Publisher Brian Burns.”
