Ken Meehan, editor in chief of Debtwire, has left the company after 14 years.

In a LinkedIn post, Meehan wrote, “I would like to give a final thank you to all our subscribers, sources and partners who contributed to our ability to grow from a start-up into an absolute powerhouse in the fixed income information space.

“I am appreciative of the guidance I’ve received over the years from the CEO of Acuris, Hamilton Matthews, and members of the Acuris Executive Committee. I am also grateful to our various investors over the years, including Rona Fairhead while we were part of the Financial Times Group and, more recently, Nikos Stathopoulos of BC Partners and Chris Reid of GIC.

“But most importantly, I would like to applaud the Acuris fixed income group content teams. Working with and guiding a group of very high achievers determined to build best in class products has been a dream come true. I am extremely thankful for all their efforts over the years, and I’m very proud of everything we have accomplished together.”
