Aisha al-Muslim will cover bankruptcy for WSJ

Aisha al-Muslim will begin covering bankruptcy and distressed debt for The Wall Street Journal on Monday, Aug. 19.

She has previously worked as a business news reporter for WSJ since November 2017.

Aisha al-Muslim has won many awards and distinctions, including the Robert W. Greene Public Service Award and the President’s Choice Medallion. She is also a Pulitzer Prize finalist, as well.

Prior to her time at WSJ, she worked for New York Newsday for over six years, from January 2011 to November 2017. She graduated from The City University Of New York with a master’s in journalism.
