Responsibilities are wide-ranging, from sending headlines based on corporate filings to editing major news stories sent in from bureaus to publishing slide shows.

The successful candidate must have strong news judgment, top-notch editing skills and the ability to thrive under pressure. Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate in a team environment are also essential.

Much of the editing will focus on markets, finance and business topics, so familiarity with those subjects and experience as an editor in those areas is a plus.

Applications should include a resume and cover letter.
