The Wall Street Journal is seeking an outstanding candidate to be its deputy business editor in Asia.

The job will include handling long-form enterprise stories, multimedia projects and breaking news. The editor will work closely with reporters to land scoops and develop enterprise, help manage the daily news flow and coordinate with bureaus and the business desk in New York.

The ideal candidate would have a proven track record of turning complex news and analysis into compelling narratives and multimedia presentations that resonate with a global audience. The role requires an experienced editor brimming with ideas and capable of motivating reporters to deliver the Journal’s world-beating business coverage. Experience of covering companies in Asia is an advantage, but is not essential.

Dow Jones offers an opportunity to work for one of the world’s leading financial and business news companies.

We invite interested candidates to submit a cover letter and detailed resume (including up to five published samples of your work), current and expected salary.
