The Wall Street Journal is looking for a senior reporter to be based in Asia.
The job involves mining regional trends and diving into major breaking news events to produce substantial works of enterprise for the front page and beyond. Candidates will need to show a strong track record of high-impact reporting and the ability to identify and develop meaningful reporting themes.
Significant experience in the region and fluency in a local language are a big plus. More important is a relentless curiosity and an interest in experimenting with new forms of storytelling while delivering outstanding traditional work.
