The Associate Producer works closely with producers and anchors to prepare stories for “Lou Dobbs Tonight” on Fox Business Network.
Job Duties:
- Produce segments, reporter hits and graphics
- Edit packages, write packets and conduct in-depth research
- Book high-profile guests
- Set up and conduct interviews
- Pitch stories daily
- Field produce on occasion
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of television experience booking guests, researching and producing segments
- High-level knowledge of national and political news, with an eye for offbeat stories and angles
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Can interact with high profile talent and all-level guests
- Great communication skills, creative and “out of the box” thinking, has a terrific attitude, and works well with a team
- Familiarity with iNews, Ardome and VIZ
- Familiarity with package editing
