Law360.com is currently expanding and seeking talented reporters to join our growing Los Angeles newsroom.
Our areas of coverage include a wide array of practice areas, including employment, environment, intellectual property, securities, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, real estate, project finance, capital markets, tax, and insurance; in industries such as energy, financial services, health-care, media and technology. On a typical day reporters will file four stories.
Required experience includes:
– BA/BS in Journalism
– Two years of paid, full-time reporting experience or relevant graduate degree
– Demonstrated reporting, writing and organizational skills
– And an interest in business and legal issues
Preferred experience includes:
– Graduate degree
– Experience in news reporting (AP Style), covering legal, regulatory affairs, or business news
– And experience working with daily deadlines
Hours for this position are 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
