The Jacksonville Business Journal is seeking a digital producer who can be a key player in the transformation taking place in our business newsroom.
We are a digital first newsroom — and we don’t just say it, we live it. The digital producer is responsible for day-to-day management of all online content, executing across multiple platforms and products, including Web, email, mobile and social media.
We’re looking for someone who will thrive in a breaking-news culture and has experience in writing, photography, video and social media. Our ideal candidate is someone who can dig stores out of data, create multimedia content that engages our readership and connect with our community in a range of ways, including running our social media presence.
The Jacksonville Business Journal is a daily online newspaper (plus a weekly print edition), and we want the right person to create, curate and cultivate our digital home. We are part of the 40-city American City Business Journals family, and offer competitive pay and top benefits.
If this opportunity excites you, send your best work along with a cover letter and resume to: John Burr, editor-in-chief, jburr@bizjournals.com
