WSJ says goodbye to Alan Murray

Earlier this month, Wall Street Journal deputy managing editor Alan Murray announced he was leaving the paper to become president of the Pew Research Center.

On Monday afternoon, managing editor Robert Thomson toasted his farewell in the newsroom.

Murray was also the executive editor of The Journal’s online operations.
