TheStreet Inc. announced Wednesday the introduction of BrandView, a sponsored content section for advertising partners that was developed with Polar’s MediaVoice, a native advertising platform.

BrandView will give companies the opportunity to reach TheStreet’s audience by presenting their content on the homepage, article pages and index pages.

TheStreet has an established set of tiered options for advertisers including Basic, Custom and Custom Video, which include a range of content opportunities such as advertiser-created articles, stories created by TheStreet, use of TheStreet’s HD studios to record and produce videos and even the ability to conduct and release original research in partnership with TheStreet.

“TheStreet is excited to be partnering with Polar on native advertising as a way to bring advertisers closer to our audience by allowing them to not just sell a product, but offer expertise and insight,” said Patrick Dignan, vice president of advertising sales for TheStreet. “With our new BrandView section on the homepage, marketers have the opportunity to bring real value to the user experience by educating consumers.”

A spokeswoman says that the content produced by TheStreet for BrandView will be completely separate from the editorial team, and those stories will have a disclaimer saying that the content is not associated with TheStreet’s editorial team.
