Lance Williams, the business editor of The Tennessean in Nashville, writes about how the business desk will expand its local business coverage beginning this week.

Williams writes, “Starting Tuesday, we will be adding a page of local industry coverage to our daily lineup. We will feature a wide range of industry sectors, including health care, commercial real estate, hospitality and technology, each week. You will find a mix of stories on Page 2D each day.

“On Mondays, one page of coverage will focus on the local entrepreneurial scene and look at the companies that we expect will make an impact on the Nashville economy for years to come. On Saturdays, we will expand our personal finance coverage to help you earn more, save more and spend your money more wisely.

“And on Sundays, we will continue to offer in-depth business coverage from our reporters, one-on-one discussions with local executives  and insight from our lineup of community experts who can help you keep your career — and your business — running at full-speed.

“With this addition, the content that focuses on Nashville businesses will nearly double each day.”
