Alex Weprin of TVNewser reports that Bloomberg Television launched a new show on Monday.
Weprin writes, “Bloomberg TV is launching a new program today, ‘Surveillance Midday.’ The show will be hosted by Tom Keene, and will run Monday through Friday from noon to 1 PM.
“Keene currently hosts the Bloomberg Radio show ‘Bloomberg Surveillance,’ which airs on weekdays from 7-10 AM. Guests on the debut TV show are Bill Gross and Mohamed El-Erian of PIMCO and economists David Rosenberg and John Ryding (in-studio).”

This is first television show for Keene, who has been with Bloomberg since 2002. In addition to hosting his own television program and co-hosting “Bloomberg Surveillance” on Bloomberg Radio, Keene writes the daily blog “EconoChat” on Bloomberg.com as well as contributions to Bloomberg Businessweek.
