Hyatt to distribute WSJ to guests

June 2, 2009

Hyatt Hotels & Resorts announced Tuesday that The Wall Street Journal will become the complimentary newspaper to be delivered to the majority of their most loyal guests via services provided to Hyatt Gold Passport members.

Guest delivery began this week and will roll out in participating Hyatt hotels in North America throughout the month.

“The Wall Street Journal’s content is broader and more relevant than ever, engaging today’s travelers who desire quality news and information covering their business and personal pursuits,” said Paul Bascobert, chief marketing officer for the Dow Jones Consumer Media Group, in a statement. “More individuals choose to buy The Wall Street Journal than any other newspaper in America, and we are pleased that Hyatt has chosen the Journal for their loyal guests who frequent these top properties across the country.”

Hyatt properties across North America that will participate in the amenity program include a majority of Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, Grand Hyatt and Park Hyatt hotels.
