Bloomberg’s Rubin leaving for WSJ

Richard RubinRichard Rubin of Bloomberg News has resigned to accept a position at The Wall Street Journal, where he will cover tax policy.

Rubin has been at Bloomberg for nearly five years, working tax issues on Capitol Hill.

Before that, Rubin was a tax policy reporter for Congressional Quarterly from March 2007 to October 2010. Before that, he spent six years as a reporter for the Charlotte Observer.

Rubin, a native of New Jersey, has a degree in political science from Duke University.
